Insured Shipping Policy

1. 100% Transit Insurance

Every jewellery parcel dispatched by Lumière is fully insured against theft, loss, or transit damage until the moment of handover. Handover is completed strictly against an authorized One-Time Password (OTP) sent to the registered recipient phone number.

2. Delivery Timelines

In-stock pieces are dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours from our central vault. Insured transit across major metropolitan Indian cities typically requires 2 to 4 business days. Bespoke and bridal creations require 14 to 21 days for karigar handcrafting.

3. Tamper-Proof Packaging

Jewels are housed inside velvet-lined presentation cases, enclosed in sealed polybags with unique security barcodes. If the exterior seal appears breached upon delivery, please decline handover immediately and alert our concierge.
